Actually the WOD was helped by the WOT! Mexico is having so much trouble getting their drugs here that they have started drugging their own citizens and we have Mexico mad at us for that happening which I find to be both ironic and funny.

Law enforcement against illegal drug use is great.
Keeping youngsters as far as possible from illegal drug use rather than giving it accessibility helps reduce the growth of addiction at a bare minimum.
I agree though that they could always do better.
