On a serious note: I think she has a point in a general sense, but it's unrealistic for someone who's teaching minors to expect to be able (without repercussion) to use her free-speech rights in this way.

I say "she has a point in a general sense" because figure modeling has an important role in art instruction. Ronald Reagan and Charlton Heston posed as figure models, and I seem to remember reading that a college-aged Colin Powell did so too, to make a bit of extra money. There's nothing s_e_x_ual about it (unless the individual model is the exception to the rule, I suppose).

But those guys weren't teaching students who, along with the rest of the public, had access to images of their poses. This lady was.
