A funny read, but also disturbing.

I am sick and tired of being told that Islam is the religion of peace, the way these people indoctrinate their kids in hate speaks volumes about this faith.

That it is done inside their holiest places is a shocking commentary, imho.

Actually saying ALL Islam is violent is throwing us off the scent. Indonesia, which seperates church from state, was very peaceful and has the largest population of Muslim before the Saudi's infiltrated anyway.

The Saudi's have done a good dog and pony show for a few decades now obviously. I don't think it is Islam, it is Saudi Arabia... where were the majority of 9/11 bombers from? They have infiltrated Indonesia and similtaneously Chechnya with anti-west literature and set up terrorist groups. Interestingly the Saudi Government and Bin Laden became interested in these places at about the same time.

I lived in Indonesia and this article is very accurate even though it is from the NYT. Indonesia was a very peaceful place and not associated with inhumane acts or oppression of the people. Boy how times have changed.

Aside from a blurb or two from the major media and a few articles from conservative publications, I have yet to see more coverage regarding this typical Islamist-style evil stupidity incident.

When the story first broke, the press was playing it up big time, quoting angry Muslim morons who swore it was caused by an American bomb dropped from a plane on "innocent" "religion of peace" worshippers. The liberal press were practically salivating at the prospect of this being true. (What luck! Something really embarrassing for President Bush and the US military to harp on!)

Now it turns out that it was just another case of a terrorist, er freedom-fighter work-related accident via an Islamic VBS. Ho Hum. On to the next incident of American Imperialism, bullying and casualties to get the American public believing that Iraq really is a "quagmire."

Golly, you'd think that the US military men and women who were the eventual targets of the mosque VBS students were Israeli Jews due to the silence and dirth of outrage by the civilized world...

The saudis are pretty much the culprits here, imho. they fund most of the mosques in the world and they have to know what is going on there.

This would simply not be tolerated even if it was a single christian school somewhere preaching racial intollerance let alone making bombs.

Yep sounds like a hard line on Saudi's is exactly what is needed here to stop the quiet, deceitful spread of hate. The first place to start is a "no tolerance" of their anti-west literature.
