Ultimate victory can be declared when the Muslim world stops producing that many terrorists willing to blow themselves up I guess. It'll require not only more regime changes but "people change" as well. It's definitely not something that superior arms alone can achieve. If there's anything that should concern us it's the apparent lack of a coherent, multidimensional strategy to neutralize the threat of Arab/Islamic militancy - one that doesn't jeopardize other vital interests of ours.

"Victory is NOT defined by "Utopia!"

"Victory" is NOW defined by the Lack of "Islam" in Civilized Culture.

NO "Religion" has EVER accepted the Murder of Innocents & the Suicide of it's Adherents as a "Measure of the Faith of it's adherents!

BY IT'S OWN CRITERIA, "ISLAM" is NO LONGER a "Faith" that ANY Civilized Culture could accept.

"Islam" MUST BE regarded as a viscious cult incapable of fostering Civilized Behavior by Humans.

"Islam" needs to be "Driven Underground,"--like "Thuggee"--& Forevermore regarded as an "assasination Cult," reviled by all civilized people, & it's adherents hunted & repulsed by ANYONE who values Human Life!!

NO "Belief System" which Rejects the inherent value of Human Life can POSSIBLE REPRESENT ANY "Human Life!"

If "Islam" condones "Suicide," of the Taking of ANY Human Life (as it's adherents purport), then "ISLAM" is antithetical to Human survival!

To Date, "Islam" has NOT demonstrated that it is a "Life-Affirming" Religion!!
