Thanks.My wife is mainland Chinese. Her sister lives with us and they always are cookin' up something really delicious, and ALWAYS healthy. The Chinese are very concerned with health in their diet, intake. I can tell it makes a difference too. I think the Chinese eat better (health-wise) than the average American does.
