My wife is mainland Chinese. Her sister lives with us and they always are cookin' up something really delicious, and ALWAYS healthy. The Chinese are very concerned with health in their diet, intake. I can tell it makes a difference too. I think the Chinese eat better (health-wise) than the average American does.

We are really into Asian in our house, Thai, (for their wonderful dips and sauces), Vietnamese,( for their noodles, soups and spring rolls), Japanese,( sushi, sashimi, and Stir fry anything), and of course all provinces of Chinese.. .Yummmmmmm I am thinking of retiring on the ocean, in southern Thailand. Open a small American Pasta sidewalk cafe and get a feisty little housekeeper, for the chilly evenings.. I'm checkin out the real estate already..LOL
