I just wish I knew more about this. He hasn't smoked or had a drink in 30 years.

The best news would be it ends up some old fatty deposit.
Meanwhile I will work the Beads aka the Holy Rosary.
Don't forget to pace yourself. That is what I hope to lift up.

He's a GOOD man. That was the highest compliment my grandfather ever gave anyone. And believe me, he didn't give it unless it was well deserved.
Prayers on the way for you and your good man.

Just a brief update:
No improvement, the swelling appears larger. He is, as can be expected, not feeling very well. He wants nothing but broths and clear liquids today, after feeling pretty ratty from eating everything he wanted yesterday. The doctor's office is supposed to call us Monday. So, don't let up. We are praying here, too. I am so indebted to all of you for your faithfulness in prayer.

May God hold you close now and help you and your family to go through this. I was diagnosed with lung cancer and given less than a year to live in 1998. Thanks to God, good doctors and a special diet, I'm still here. Prayers going up that the spot is benign. Also can't hurt to get a second opinion. God bless--
Carolyn
