The relocation of agents and decision on a physical barrier adds to the strain agents on the southwestern border are experiencing as they try to prevent the flow of illegal immigrants. You couldn't really buy a clue on this with a million bucks could you. You keep trying to state that the agents on the southern border will be replaced, but when confronted with the facts, at strain will exist, you still don't get it. Get it through your head, the agents on the southern border are NOT being replaced. They outnumber the agents on the northern border by 9 to 1 and that's that. We're stripping the border where the real problem is. What part of that still eludes you?
