Got any clue how long it takes to train a Border Patrol agent? Or how long it takes for him or her to learn the real ropes on the job?

Got any clue why your rhetorical question is a nonsequitur to any point that I've made on this thread.

Of course it takes some time interval for the trainees to come up to speed.

"The Border Patrol management doesn't like talking about "Got-aways".

I really don't blame the BP management for not wanting to talk about it. I think they have done as well as they can with the resources they have.

I really admire you and your group for the assistance you have given the BP in apprehending these illegals. Your discription of these events just amazes me. You all caught 200 in a 6 hour period. Hopefully, with the use of the UAVs and sensors, you job will be safer.

I appreciate and agree with everything you do except for one thing. Jackelope, I am going to repeat this to you. Don't pick up their trash!!!

Just as fast as the Border Patrol left with a load, another group would come traipsing up the river bed. It was unreal. That night was even crazier. We watched as one vehicle after another dumped people off on the south side of the border -- it was like watching taxis at an airport and it went on for hours.

Folks, they are all headed to a neighborhood near YOU. They've came to my neighborhood and destroyed what was once a great place to live. It looks more and more like a Mexican slum town by the day.

Other Federal law enforcement agencies try to poach Border Patrol trainees. I respect the newbies down here on the border even when I'm trying to slap some common sense into them. They made it through the most rigorous training the Feddies have and make FBI agents look like wussies.

I have fallen madly in lust with one of the female agents down here. I would have to shed at least 20 years before she would give me her name and she can kick your ass and mine without breaking a sweat. And I managed to graduate from ROK Ranger School (yeah, a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...)

This just gets more pathetic by the day.

I agree with you. I'm on the route from the border to Houston and I've never heard of SO MANY illegals being 'discovered'.

You couldn't really buy a clue on this with a million bucks could you. You keep trying to state that the agents on the southern border will be replaced, but when confronted with the facts, at strain will exist, you still don't get it. Get it through your head, the agents on the southern border are NOT being replaced. They outnumber the agents on the northern border by 9 to 1 and that's that. We're stripping the border where the real problem is. What part of that still eludes you?

The 9/11 terrorists crossed the Canadian border. Knock off the B.S.

Agenda over Truth is unseemly.

Matricular Consular ID is a defacto amnesty. Especially since our gov is insisting on its validity for official business.

Mexican ID not valid, a 'threat,' FBI says

I thought you were gone.

Yes, I know there had to be communication from our top government officials about the use of Mexican ids. Also, Homeland Defense and airport security had to write the policy for the Mexican ids. We have wasted billions on security when, as you say, Mexico is setting our foreign policy. Where is the media on this?

My concern is that a ME man was arrested with one of these Mexican cards in his possesion.

Where have you been? These cards have been in use for two years? LMAO, yeah, that's pretty big talk from the FBI after two friggen years. What part of 'this was bogus from the very beginning' do you not understand. A number of states recognize them. Banks all over the United States recognize them. Police departments recognize them. Check cashing places recognize them.

Our own federal government is just now acknowledging that they exist after they have been ensconced in our nation in ways that will make them nearly impossible to deny, unless we leaglize people and give them citizenship and a new ID.

What part of, "Funding for these additional permanent positions was provided in the fiscal year 2003 budget passed by Congress" don't you get. DoughtyOne = DenseOne.

I guess I'll have to go real slow for you.

375 agents are transfering to the northern border.

The norther border patrol would more than double to more than 1000 agents according to the article.

Would 375 agent transfers accomplish this?

How many additional (NEW) agents on top of the 375 would it take to equal at least one half of 1000?

When you figure out the answer to this extremely complex question (at least for you), tell me how many new agent positions will have to be created (at a minimum) to achieve a doubling of the norther border agents?

And please tell me where those agents (AT LEAST 125) will be going, north or south?

Holy cow...

Check this out:

Mexican ID card still accepted despite warnings from U.S.

This is what I was talking about.  It's going to be very difficult to deny these Mexican IDs unless we replace them with something else. So they are defacto IDs. They won't be outlawed, without being replaced. It's a done deal. And yes, it appears the airlines recognize them too.

With all due respect, if you were President of the United States and a foreign government started trying to pass off documents (in this case identifications) to be used as legal documents in your nation to facilitate illegal interlopers circumventing the laws of your nation, would it take you two years to get Vincent Fox on the bat phone?

[DenseOne]:The norther border patrol would more than double to more than 1000 agents according to the article.

[From the Article]:The 375 additional agents will increase the number of those currently watching Canada's borders by more than half, bringing the total to 1,000

The number of agents in Canada won't double. The number of agents in Canada will only increase by 1/2. Do you understand the difference between 1/2 and doubling. doubling means that it goes up by a factor of 100%. An increase of 1/2 means that it is going up by a factor of 50%. Are you getting this yet or are you that dumb and rude.

BTW, slow boy, none of that matters, because the 10k total figure is the number of agents bofore the new hires, all which makes your dull little arguments pointless and a waste of time.

"The Hebrew Israelites called jews, were indigenous to the euphrates area (Abraham's roots Gen). Todays Jews know full well their Hebrew ancestors were not European, how could that be? Enslaved in africa Egypt.? "

I agree. Abraham was from sumeria. However, it is mere conjecture to try to designate the actually skin color or these ancient mesopotamians. All we know is from what sculpture and wall paintings they left, which showed caucasion features and wavy to curly, dark hair. european is caucasian, but caucasion is not necessarily european. All races were enlsaved in egypt, actually egypt was a multiracial civilization. "European" people were in the region by the time of christ, the Hittites, for example, settled in asia minor from europe in the 1200's BC. Jews that come from russia and europe look so much like europeans that i can hardly distinguish them from christians. the same for most isrealis i see on TV. i guess what i'm saying is that to look at the ppl there today as a source of what they looked like back then may be misleading.

"The dark Jews ethnic brethren/neighbours were not the foreign conquerors, Romans or Greeks, but similar dark Assyrians, who conquered jews in 722 BC destruction of the Northern Israel Kingdom 2 Kings 18:11 African Egyptians, and the dark Babylonians who destroyed the Jewish Judah kingdom in early 6th century BC were not european neighbours. "

Yes, and the 10 tribes that were conquered by the assyrians are not accounted for till this day, although there is much speculation and conjecture about the fate of them. once again, we have no evidence to point directly to the appearance of the assyrians and babylonians. they were most likely dark haired, dark eyed, with skin tone like the greeks.

"Neither were the jews, who were also ethnically Sumerian, similar to babylonians. The jews were foreigners to the land of Palestine, remember Abraham migrated from Chaldees (today's Iraq)."

Yes, but the middle east has been so mixed racially in the last 1400 years that the iraqis look much like arabs to me. yes, they did come from sumeria, but what did they look like? -it is hard to tell.

"Moses could not be distiguished as a jew in Exodus 2:19, his appearance (racial) was no
different from an african Egyptian."

I doubt this because Egypt was not racially homogeneous, based on the fact that they are portrayed differently in hieroglyphs found all over egypt. The fact that moses was the "son" of the queen would be reason enough for no one to question his racial origin.

"The concept of Jesus is sensitised because people assume THEIR version of who to worship, which makes it exceedingly difficult for some to picture a dark Jesus (factual Hebrew Sumerian origin), as opposed to the fictional european looking Jesus."

in all honesty, he was pobably not blonde headed or blue eyed, but i doubt he resembled a modern day iraqi.
