Of course there is the third alternative. Re-locate !!

Worked for us. Admittedly we are along in years; but even the beauty and gracious lifestyle of Coronado was outweighed by the ugliness of its transition to a tourist trap; the SoCal traffic, the frenzied, impolite pace of the new populace; and the disgusting political climate.

We finally caved; re-settled in Bullhead City and love it. Some mornings, when I drive the 7 miles on the parkway to the Laughlin Bridge and the Poker Room at the Flamingo (all of 12 minutres), I see less than a dozen cars prior to the river. And, that is just the beginning. Milk is 1.45 a gallon, just for openers. Gas is $1.47...and on and on.

Soooo -- works for me, Mr. Davis. See ya. *S*

Running away won't help. Eventually, the liberals get tired of the destruction they have sowed, and move on to better environs - where you moved to.

I say it is time to take a stand. We did in in 1978 with Prop 13, and we can do it again with this recall.

Funny, we always felt that Bullhead City was a unbearable, uninhabitable furnace half the year, near a party zones that attracts thousands of party goers year round.
