I don't normally read this but a friend pointed it out. Did a search and didn't see it posted.

Has Trudeau become a homicide bomber, going up in suicidal flames for the cause of his liberal jihad?

Is the father a Republican? Does he have Republicans on there now that he doesn't "take the piss" out of?
To: byteback
Please, Lord, make it so.

I haven't read Doonesbury since '88.
I see Mike's got a kid.
To: byteback
What's he trying to do get back into the good graces of those he has offended over the years...namely conservatives?
To: JusPasenThru
Of course, Trudeau might just be too embarrassed to admit that he is a Democrat, right now, since the party is on life support.due to incompetence.

That's it, of course. Trudeau could announce publicly that he is now an NRA member, pro-life, small government, pro-defense Republican, and I still would never trust him or forgive him for the kind of crap he's shoveled for the last 25 years. Besides, he's incorrigible. Once a liberal idiot, always a liberal idiot. It's the brain damage.

Don't get your hopes up. Doonesbury is merely a more traditionalist Kool-Aid drinker, as in the Clintons, the GimpHearts, the Kennedys' and their cloned clowns, and is too old school to appreciate the newer X-treeeeeeeeeeeme model of Dimocrats.

no kidding - that strip has been nothing short of a quartercentury of pseudoliberal rich yuppie wannabe socialist propaganda. the best thing one can do to it is use it to line bird cages and puppy pens.

I first read him when he penned for the Yale University student rag in the late 60s. His stuff was very, very wild. No syndicate would mail those out to national papers, I'll tell you what.

That confirms the growing belief that Dean is capturing the base.

Its odd that Trudeau would donate to Dean, him and Kerry have a long history together, going back to there old skull and bones days.

Yeah, and his wife just retired from full-time TV.
Things get very mellow and conservative when all of a sudden you have this home thing happening.

I actually like Doonesbury. I know Trudeau is a pimp for the lefties but I think the strips that feature Duke are usually pretty funny --particularly the recent ones where he became mayor of an Iraqi town.
