I don't know about you, but we should make this a VERY big issue next election cycle. I mean, this is unbelievable.

Gephardt might as well resign now.

It is totally unbelieveable and I wouldn't have known it if RNC didn't put this out every Friday! This should be major IMHO!

It would be wonderful if those that missed votes due to campaigning for the 2004 presidency, not only lost the presidential election, but their home states didn't re-elect them. Divine justice at its best.

He sure is not representing his district at all!

LIEberman was here in OK trying to set up a campaign office and talking about healthcare when he should have stayed in D.C. and done something about it!

How can one person miss so many votes? It seems almost impossible that Gephardt pulled that off!

After that vote last night I stayed up for, I wish a few more had been missing.

Looks like Gephardt was the lone RAT not voting!

Really. Work 11% of the time for full pay. I'd feel dirty.

This should be forwarded to the Missouri Repubs. I see a major campaign add in the making.

I think Gep Dickheart was already in the Rat's doghouse. He's not been singing in harmony with the party lately.

Rush was talking today about articles appearing discussing Daschle's upcoming retirement, with Hitlery taking his place. Looks like she's going to pull a Tommy Dale on Tommy.

In the house a one vote margin is usually quite telling. It is almost always a vote where a number of the majority will find it politically damaging to vote for the issue. So they only use enough yes votes to pass it by one vote. All of the Democrats but Gephardt were there to force as many Repubicans to vote Yes as possible. Gephardt is not going to serve another term... so he doesn't care. But if Gephardt had been their to vote, one more Republican would have voted yes to pass it.

We are actually better off when they do not vote. We would be better off still if none showed up at all. They mostly do bad things, both Democrats and Republicans.

It just took forever to figure out who was going to be that one vote! Wanted to shout out them to hurry up and vote!

And be replaced by a Democrat who will show up to vote most of the time? Are you crazy? :-)
