The Matricula Consular card, issued by the Mexican government to Mexicans living in the United States, "is not a reliable form of identification" and poses a criminal and terrorist threat, the FBI has concluded.
"Clearly, this is a threat to vulnerability," Steven McCraw, the assistant director of the FBI's Office of Intelligence, told a House immigration panel yesterday.

This news is probably not as good as it seems. It's likely that Bush will use this as an excuse for the Amnesty he wants, "so that we can keep track of the
Illegals undocumented workers."
That was one of the reasons put forth for his attempted Section 245(i) Amnesty.

If the government won't handle this, the people will and it won't be pretty.
Citizens will not put up with this forever.

But Elizabeth Davison, director of Montgomery County's Department of Housing and Community Affairs, who prompted County Executive Doug Duncan to accept the cards, said she still has not changed her mind about the cards.Article I, Section 10 of U. S. Constitution:"...No State shall, without the consent of Congress...enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power...
My copy of the Constitution seems to be missing the phrase, "except for Welfare State bureaucrats, who may engage in any activity to ensure their continued employment."

I live in Mexico and as I have stated before on this forum I could buy a valid Matricula Consular with my name (or a different name if I wish) for less than $150. I could purchase a Mexican birth certificate and obtain a Mexican passport in my name (or a different name if I wish) for around $700. I know the names of various Mexican Foreign Ministry officials who will supply these documents for a price; I've informed the FBI, the State Department, the U.S. Dept. of Justice, the INS (now known as BICE) as well as local U.S. Embassy officials. And I always marvel whenever I read in the papers about what our government knew or didn't know before 9/11. They knew, they just preferred not to act on the information.

All illegal aliens pose a criminal and terrorist threat.

Why the investigation? Anyone with half a brain could have told us the same thing from the time the whole matricula campaign started.

The could care less about our sovereignty, or our laws, just like you. Anyone reading these threads knows you are an anti-American illegal alien lover. LOL!

we need a new government policy. the federal government sooner or later is going to be forced to deal with this issue. its been a staple on talk radio and the internet now for years. television for the most part ignores the debate.
left to their own devices, democrats and republicans will do nothing.
we need a new border patrol. they're incompetent. they are obviously incompetent because millions of illegals have by-passed them into this country. a re-organisation of the present border patrol will not work.
