“WHITNESS STUDIES,” which began as a small fringe of the academic world only eight years ago, has since blossomed into the latest academic fad. The Washington Post reports that “at least 30 institutions—from Princeton University to the University of California at Los Angeles—teach courses” in the subject. WS has its own think-tank (the Center for the Study of White American Culture), its own journal (Race Traitor, “treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity”), periodic national conferences, and a veritable library of books and tracts.

The essence of the discipline can be summed up in two words: Hating Whitey.

Geez, I'm white too!! Not your 'Whiter than White' detergent kinda clean white. More of a trucker's tan & splothces of other shades pibald kinda white. Do I still count?

When I look at the high skool kidz arount here there are so many "wannabees" that it is hard to tellz by color. Skin color is meaningless in the "like, who's white" dialogue.

The kids like looks like deys white but talk ghetto and wear der pantz around der neez. Den dey show lots'a attitude to der parents and like teacherz.

It's good that we white people are preparing for our coming status as an ethnic minority. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm gettin'real tired of "the hombre" tryin' to keep me down! Golly!!

What is really funny, but kind of disgusting is to see a clean cut preppy black kid standing beside an unkempt, flabby white kid with his cap on backward and his pants bagging down to his knees. Add a few piercings and a tat, and I just want to slap him.
