The difference is:
  1. Conservatives behave in what might be viewed as an arrogant manner when they have the facts on their side, know they're right, and have used up their quota of politeness for the month and are tired of taking s**t from ignorant liberals, whereas,

  2. Liberals behave in what might be viewed as an arrogant manner when they don't have the facts, know they're wrong, and have nothing left in their bag of tricks except to pound on table and shout very loudly.
I hope this clears things up for you.

Liberals always have the facts on their side, for they are subject to the standard of truth enunciated by Clinton, "It depends upon what the definition of the word 'is' is," meaning essentially that "is" could mean anything from "is" to "is not."

While you are there, you can add recommendations and advise that the negative recommendations are inapproriate.

I will shop elsewhere.

Don't mistake a hateful review with one that will interfere with sales. Calm down.

I have a question about book sales. Are the sales counted when the stores order them, or when the stores sell them?

Is it possible that Hillary's books sales were all orders by stores, and that if returned unsold the sales figures go down?

Here in Zurich, you would not beleive the piles and piles of Hillary books sitting in the bookstores. Have these been counted as sales already?

Another question for anyone who knows the book industry: Here in Zurich I can get Hillary's book, as well as Harry Potter, but I can not get Ann's book. Is that because Ann's publisher just isn't trying for the overseas market, or are the book stores here biased?

Koblenz: Please see my above question as well.

There are many more positive than negative reviews, if you've read it already....add to it. Feel free to point out that several reviewers are proveing two of Ann's assertions in Slander: 1. Liberals don't read books. 2. Liberals don't debate using reason...they call names.

It is readily apparent that all of the negative reviews come from people who have not read the book. They do not factually dispute her claims, they complain about her attire. They do not attack her sources, or logic. One goes so far as to assert that Ann does not document her sources...this person has obviously never seen a Coulter book.

To help anyone who wants to post:

Ann proves, using recently declassified Verona project diplomatic cables, that the US had broken Soviet diplomatic codes and had explicit knowledge of Communist conspirators in the US government. McCarthy was not only right, he knew he was right, but could not prove it because, using the current terminology, that would disclose sources and means. If McCarthy disclosed how he KNEW they were communists, the Soviets would know their codes had been cracked and would change them. There were in fact liberal traitors in government positions, and McCarthy was rooting them out. To carry the Witch hunt analogy to its logical conclusion...there actually were communist witches. He knew it then, and we know it now. But liberals will not and cannot argue on the facts, they just call people names, like McCarthy. It should be a patriotic honor to be labeled a McCarthyite.

SLANDER is one of those books you hate to finish because you enjoy it so much. But now that TREASON is out, I can don't mind so much.

She may have the right to behave this way, but she is not winning any converts with this behavior, and someone needs to tell her so.

For the last 70 years, liberals have had special operation teams out on the front lines which make the regular troops appear tame in comparison. The tactic has worked extremely well for the left.

When a conservative adopts the same tactic, the regular troops shoot him or her in the back.

"I haven't read the book yet, but lately Coulter does come across on tv as an arrogant know-it-all"

You're not confusing arrogance with confidence are you?

Ann Coulter continues to plumb the stygian depths of Republican hatred in her latest work of fiction "Treason".

Basically, her schtick remains unchanged from "Slander", her last diatribe. Liberal=BAD, Conservative=GOOD.

I see, so a heavily referenced and researched book is "fiction," but a ghost written novelette from a recovering amnesiac is taken at face value as undisputable truth.

Could there be a more perfect example of liberal hypocrisy and outright ignorance?

To paraphrase the draft-dodging Ali - it aint arrogance when you can back it up.

Ann Coulter is really taking liberals to task these days, unlike she ever has before. Conservatives have needed someone like her for a long time and liberals just can't handle it. I think if more women were like Ann Coulter and Condi Rice, this country would be an even better place.

Ann Coulter's Treason is already under attack by the Left on Amazon's customer review page.

Shoot, what took 'em? The sniping at Ann started here days earlier. Derned RINOs!

My sister is a liberal, but a fairly open-minded one, and she has described Coulter as "an arrogant b*tch." Unfortunately, I couldn't really disagree with her. If Coulter were on the other side, that's what we'd all be calling her.

Give it a rest, troll; and don't let the door hit you on the butt...

For decades we sat and watched, smug on our "higher ground" while the overt and stealth socialists set the levels and standards of debate: lies, distortions, phony polls and outright inventions to advance their 5-year plan by any and all means.
The result, predictably, was that boorishness and incompetence became acceptable, almost unnoticeable.

Well, it's over.
You don't bring a stick to a gunfight either in the real world or metaphorically.
That Ann is equiped, both intellectually and with the special personality that allows her to use the communists' tools against them, is our good fortune.
I for one am grateful that she is so good at it.

I think we can expect to see more use of the word "arrogant" coming from the left. Those that have high self esteem, good and informed minds will always appear "arrogant" to the sheep. Yes, I am arrogant and I am proud of it. I'm not even the least bit guilty that I'm white, financially independent, gun owning and American. I'm not in any debt, totally honest and taxes paid, talk about "FREEDOM". To some people I may appear arrogant especially when refusing to give hand outs. OK, OK I've ranted.

Ann should be arrogant, she's earned every bit of it.
