In the end, some folks are going to be slack jawed at the amount of proof...and yes, deeply saddened. :o)

Thanks, it's getting long enough that I'm gonna have to put break it into relevant groupings.

Like the saying goes about California - "It never rains but when it does, it pours!" Same can be said about the search WMD. Found this little tidbit this evening after I saw a streaming headline on MSNBC earlier:
NBC News Jim Miklaszewski that within just the past week, U.S. investigators had found two shipping containers filled with millions of much more recent documents relating to chemical and biological weapons.
One of the documents, from 2001, was titled Document burial and U.N. activities in Iraq, the sources said. It gave detailed instructions on how to hide materials and deceive U.N. weapons inspectors, the sources said.
Other documents related to the concealment of VX nerve gas, the sources said.
The sources said U.S. troops also discovered about 300 sacks of castor beans, which are used to make the deadly biological agent ricin, hidden in a warehouse in the town of al-Aziziyah, 50 miles southeast of Baghdad, the capital. The castor beans were inaccurately labeled as fertilizer.
U.S. search teams have also been led to a site near Nasiriyah, a key Euphrates River crossing 200 miles south of Baghdad, where Iraqi informants said Scud missiles were buried.

My head is spinning from trying to follow all of this very long and technical thread!
I think I'll just wait for it to all get connected together and delivered to the NY Times!

Why have libs been allowed to define WMD down to being only about nukes anyway? Indeed! Just a couple days ago, on a usenet newsgroup I watched one liberal make all sorts of arguments against the war in Iraq. Among them he accused Bush of being a liar and that no weapons of mass destruction existed. I did a google search of that guys newsgroup posts from the clinton years, and found that, (along with a bunch of hypocritical statements supporting clinton in every violent action he took), in an argument against the second amendment, he equated firearms, with "weapons of mass destruction" such as nukes! Responding to one of his posts, I copied and pasted this old argument of his, which he ignored (though he responded to the rest of my post, so I KNOW he saw it).
