Sure, the Hillary chronicles seems to be dropping off the radar screen if one includes those who actually buy the book. But that will not stop the NYT from placing it as number one on its best seller list.
The Dammicrats and Simon and Shyster will make sure that happens.

I would like to have a list of just exactly who were the people buying Hillary's book.
I bet they were large Dem donors buying hundreds of copies each, just to get her on the best seller list and hoping to con the people into thinking it's a hot seller, to get them to go out and buy it, so as to "not be left out".
I bet in a month, or less, they will be selling for $2 at the bargain book table.

Agreed - I remember hearing about unions buying up large quantities of a book before - it was a way of moving large amounts of money legally. Id be shocked and saddened if this was going on with this wonderful piece of literature. Make that deeply saddened!

No doubt the Harry Potter book just released helped drive the horrible woman's ghost-written pack of toilet paper down in sales...but this is great news.
I am glad this will be the top story tonight on CBS News < sarcasm >

I agree...it was a way to move money around legally. I'm wondering how Hillary is going to write up her expenses for these signings?? Of course, she is using Security people AND transportation etc. PAID BY YOU AND ME). As far as I can see, the government should be reimbursed for any use of our people, vehicles etc as this is a totally PERSONAL endeavor.

It's been reported that Hillary is demanding that organizations buy large quantities of her book before she will agree to give speeches to them.
What I'd really like to know is, of those who bought the book, how many have actually read it, and furthermore, how many liked it?
The media fawning frenzy associated with this book was so disproportional to the actual importance of the book (100 to 1, at least). It's amazing, even though I fully expected it. It's scary the cult of personality that's developed around her.
She truly is the Great White Hope of the Democrats.

Wait...I was sure the media told me it was the greatest selling non-fiction (?) book ever! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
Hillary: you should only see how lame you truly are.

I would submit to you that NO ONE who was not paid to read this trash actually sat down and read the whole book.

I don't see any other way to explain how the clintons could be not only elected but RE-elected. Never underestimate the power of human stupidity.

Yes, it had to be a VRWC that ruined the sales of her book. Just like Al and Tippers memorable recent bestseller, oops, I forgot the name of it.

"Never underestimate the power of human stupidity." When people are THAT stupid, I think a question arises as to whether they are actually human!

OK--lemme amend my statement, because you are correct. No one with an IQ of over 110 would ever read the book without being paid. Thanks.

110 seems pretty steep doesn't it? I'll make an allowance for Womyns Studies Professors though.

I am curious, how low does the book have to fall before we know it is a dud. What level of sales would be considered a "failure" by the publisher and the media?
At what point will HRC realize she doesn't have enough support to make a run for the Whitehouse, that is the truly important question.
How can we track it?

...or they were the Hollywood types buying thousands of copies each. Between Ted Danson, Ed Asner, Barbara Streisand, Susan Sarandon and Tim Robbins, Michael Moore, etc, they probably have to buy a warehouse to put all of the books they bought to inflate the sales of Hitlery's trash.

I found it interesting that, on another thread here - last night I think - there is a "clause" in the book itself, which prohibits people from returning it and getting their money back. Now, I tought returning books was and is a time-honored tradition, and I'd think if anyone really cared, they would take the publisher to court over this.
It's supposed to be around page 535 or so...... can't remember.
Ann dropped to number 4 from last night? Hmmmm....... anyone know who jumped into the #3 spot? Potter was first, and Oprah's book club's East of Eden was #2. ANN was #3. Anyone??
