I think you're wrong FITZ... Try to remember back in school. Some kids did not resemble 14, at 14... 16, at 16 etc. It is very hard to determine fault without seeing a pic of the boy, with the info we have.

I know back then, if my teacher/care provider, made an advance on me, I'd take it! Infact, I lost my own virginity to a 16 year old babysitter... I was 12.

If there was a physical side to this, I'd say it advanced beyond psycological game playing to serious abuse. As the physical side of it would escalate, so would the serious nature and civil penalties for the criminal acts she would have been participating in.

While I agree with Fitz's absolute point on abuse, and with sit-rep's point about needing to see just how grown-up this 'kid' is before laying final judgement, I will take this opp to chant a bit about the emotional maturity of boys in their first year of high school: none.

They have bodies that do things they didn't do two years ago and when an adult courts them to use it... well, suffice to say that it will probably happen.

Legally, this lady is screwed (no pun intended). Her husband has every public right to mess her over and take her family away from her (God help her own children if she has any).

If found guilty, she should go to prison and receive special treatment from the diesel females there who think they are men... if you know what I mean.

Oh, and remember that in women's prison, if they think you are pretty upon arrival, they will break your jaw and other things until your healed face resembles more like... well, a prison experience.

I know a lady who works for a local politician. We were once quite close and she mentioned 'doing' a 13 year old boy when she was in her late 30s. I don't believe that boy has sought therapy yet, so he probably wasn't scarred for life. It happens.

That is without a doubt the most sexist statement I have ever heard. A 14 y/o boy is "raped" thats right "raped" by this woman and your response is "he had his fun"

I am willing to bet you wouldn't be quite so blase if the "raped" youngster was a female now would you? You would be demanding the castration of said offender (rightly so although I prefer high speed lead injections to the upper cranium).

The appalling double standards in cases like this make me want to puke. The fact that they are coming from a forum that claims to be on the "law and order" side of the political spectrum makes it that much harder to keep my lunch in place.
