I think you're wrong FITZ... Try to remember back in school. Some kids did not resemble 14, at 14... 16, at 16 etc. It is very hard to determine fault without seeing a pic of the boy, with the info we have.

I know back then, if my teacher/care provider, made an advance on me, I'd take it! Infact, I lost my own virginity to a 16 year old babysitter... I was 12.

While I agree with Fitz's absolute point on abuse, and with sit-rep's point about needing to see just how grown-up this 'kid' is before laying final judgement, I will take this opp to chant a bit about the emotional maturity of boys in their first year of high school: none.

They have bodies that do things they didn't do two years ago and when an adult courts them to use it... well, suffice to say that it will probably happen.

Legally, this lady is screwed (no pun intended). Her husband has every public right to mess her over and take her family away from her (God help her own children if she has any).

If found guilty, she should go to prison and receive special treatment from the diesel females there who think they are men... if you know what I mean.

Oh, and remember that in women's prison, if they think you are pretty upon arrival, they will break your jaw and other things until your healed face resembles more like... well, a prison experience.
