At long last, and following network, software, and camcorder problems, here are video and audio files from the FReep of Mrs. Clinton at Wal-Mart in Fairfax on June 11, 2003. Both videos made by me and news videos from local stations (Washington, D.C.) are included. My videos have little or no editing.
The detailed after action report is on this thread (click here). If you haven't already read that, you may want to at least review the initial post and some of the replies for more details about the nature of the FReep.
I'm starting a new thread for this due to the great length of the previous thread.
This FReep, which was brilliantly planned by bmwcyle, was so successful as to generate favorable publicity for Free Republic in The Weekly Standard article (see this thread).
These files are relatively large and only the most patient of dial up users should attempt to download. The files may take some time to download even for those with cable or DSL connections.
To save space on the files, I've NOT included most of the portions of the news reports that simply show Hillary fans
You can left click on a file and it will store to your temporary folder and start playing after download. You may alternately wish to right click on a file, select "save target as" (might be slightly different depending on operating system) and save the file to your hard drive. Then, after the file is downloaded a few minutes later, you can click on the file and it should start playing.

Guy, NOT a Hillary fan, describes his conversation with Hillary. He wanted to have her sign the book "To BJ," but did not ask her to do that since it was announced that Hillary would only sign her name. This guy got Gore to autograph his book "To Chad" at Gore book signing in January that was also FReeped. |
