C-SPAN 2 at Midnight EDT--Hillary's D.C. Area Booksignings Featuring the D.C. Chapter 6/15/03
C-SPAN ^ | Sunday, June 15, 2003 | Kristinn

Tonight at midnight, C-SPAN 2 is scheduled to show two 'vignettes' from Sen. Hillary Clinton's booksigning tour for her memoirs, Living History, which began last week.

The first vignette, filmed at a Wal-Mart in Fairfax, Virginia last Wednesday, runs about fourteen minutes. The second, at Trover Books in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill the next day, runs about ten minutes.

The D.C. Chapter of Free Republic freeped both events. C-SPAN filmed some of the freeps and included it in the package to be run tonight.

Enjoy, but have a barf bag handy!

I watched it earlier today......

Some great shots of you with the megaphone, Doctor Raoul in his devil costume and other FReepers!

Hildebeast was her usual bugeyed self.

It looks like some FReepers saw it when it played earlier today on CSPAN-2.

Getting barf bag ready...

The opening bit at Wal-Mart was good. Nice shots of Angelwood, Sauropod, Jimmy Valentine's brother, et al.

I just saw this on the C-SPAN schedule. It was shown once before. I'll have to check the schedule to see if it will play again.

I think they will be going to Trovers Books FReep after this one. It's funny how they led off with us and then went to Hillary telling the assembled press that she was so happy with the positive response to her book.

That "bugeye" thing she does is NOT very appealing. Spooky, actually.

They might show some more parking lot shots intermittent with the inside clips. I see the NEA is well represented. Capitol Hill coming up!
