Fourth Class mail is sometimes interesting; tho' not nearly as interesting as Media Mail, Third or Second Class mail. BTW, who gets Second or Third Class mail? I mean, who goes into a post office with a package and says, "Yeah, hi, I'd like to send this via Third Class mail". I mean, who does this kind of thing?
