It's easy to fall of a Segway- the physics of it is that you actually ARE falling. It can take some getting used to, your body reacts to the sensation out of reflex.

What do you mean I gotta wait 5 days? I gonna get my daddy Presuming this is in Maine, there is no 5 day wait, nor any permit required. I don't think the President, either of them, is gonna have any problem passing the "instant check". (That guy who served between them might though, if he hadn't creatively expunged his records).
If it happens to be in Texas, there no waiting period here either, nor any permit to purchase.
However if it's at Camp David, he'll just have to borrow one the Secret Service Agent's Uzi's.
Purchase of a handgun or "assault weapon" from a dealer is subject to disapproval by the Maryland State Police during a seven-day waiting period.
The buyer must complete an application form which is sent by the dealer to the State Police for investigation. The applicant is required to provide information regarding his eligibility to purchase or possess a handgun, and a description (including a serial number) of the handgun being purchased. Fingerprints are not required. There is a $10 fee. Effective January 1, 2002, a person must compete a firearm safety course that meets state police standards and approval before acquiring a handgun or regulated firearm. In addition, any person or firearm dealer shall not sell rent, or transfer a handgun or regulated firearm to a person who has not completed such a firearm safety course.
In DC, he's really up a creek.
Machine guns, which are defined as firearms which automatically fire more than one shot by a single function of the trigger and includes semi-automatic weapons which fire more than 12 shots without manual reloading, are prohibited.
NOTE: This prohibition extends to all semi-automatic firearms which can be fitted with a clip or magazine containing 12 or more cartridges. This includes .22 caliber rifles with 15 shot tube magazines as well as automatic pistols with 14 shot clips.
Although he could call in the DC Air Guard for a strafing run, or to drop a JDAM on the darn thing :)

sure looks like he's flipping someone the bird Since larger views of the scene show both Barbara (his mother) and Laura over in the general direction the Presidents are facing, one would hope not. If he is, he's gonna be in a heap of trouble. Talk about getting a can of whoop a$$ opened up on you!
