Can CBS or anyone else convict an individual before they have done anything?

I don't "do" CBS since the bent one was on Letterman on 9/11/2002.
Not to mention it is geophraphically unfeasible for me.
I'm trying to ignore Hitlery and her phoney laugh. "Hey Hill, how'd you manage to make Vince Foster's death look like
Arkancide?" "Ha ha, well you know Dave, I'm the soon to be Senior Senator from NY. Why don't you ask Chuckie, while you can?"
Seriously, I will watch Letterman if you give a heads up about them filming you, if only for the possibility of them showing it.
To: Rockitz
Nah I don't think so, I was just giving you a heads up so you know what they are up to. They are such babies.

It always amazes me how liberals attack can possibly attack our Christian faith when their own party fosters irresponsibility through the welfare state, ingratitude though "entitlement" programs, forced compassion through the tax law, and murder by abortion.
Duh!

My computer teacher always used to say this to the class "Forewarned is Forearmed!" I never really paid attention to that until I got older and realized how true it is. I believe we should always know what the other side is doing so we can counter it if possible. I was kinda worried about this because I didn't want any of you guys to get thrown out or told off and you wouldn't know why. After all this is CBS we are talking about! But it would be cool if you guys made the news on Tuesday morning! Good luck!!!

Letterman's spineless. He throws in little cheap-shot quips at Limbaugh (mocked his appearance) and Bush (got him booed numerous times) but can't summon the courage to do the same to Hillary because NY and the entertainment business is dominated by liberals and he knows he'll have to defend his behavior. Letterman's known for his sarcastic wit and he uses it enough to the point where the abscence of it during his interviews with Democrats is glaring.
To: Rockitz
Let's try that again.

Sorry I can't help out on Monday. I actually live in Staten Island. But, Firebrand lives in the city and is usually pretty active. Perhaps she would be interested.
Let us know how you make out.
Eagles Up!

Well, I got in and was seated in a nice location from a viewing standpoint but not from a microphone standpoint. I found a number of cohorts in the audience who agreed to boo loudly but I'm not sure we were heard. Whenever Dave mentioned the word book referring to Hillary's book, I waited for a lull and yelled "fiction". The lack of substance and any aplause during Hillary's 3 segments put the audience to sleep. Let's put it this way, I've had better FReeping oportunities.

I'd moved on from this thread and just happened to catch your petty response while looking through "My comments". My first instinct was to not even bother dignifying your snarky question but I'll humor you. Friends of mine have been in the Letterman audience, watched the show afterwards, and it was night and day. Jokes that bombed in person, suddenly got an ovation on TV. Hmmm, how'd that happen? Hearing is believing. Sorry to expose Letterman as a fraud but there it is.

My first instinct was to not even bother dignifying your snarky question but I'll humor you. "Dignifying [my] snarky question"? Hey, you are the one who made an unfounded allegation. I just asked for a source. Am I supposed to take your word as gospel? To paraphrase Roger Daltrey, "Who the heck are you?" Do YOU believe everything you read on the internet?
Friends of mine have been in the Letterman audience, watched the show afterwards, and it was night and day. Jokes that bombed in person, suddenly got an ovation on TV. Hmmm, how'd that happen? Hearing is believing. Sorry to expose Letterman as a fraud but there it is.
Oh, friends of yours are your source. "Hearing is believing", you say, even though you didn't actually hear anything yourself. In other words, it's second hand information from people who are in no position to actually know.
Silly me, I thought you might have some sort of journalistic work to reference -- for example, a quote from someone now unemployed following the latest Late Show staff purge who revealed that CBS adds canned laughter to a show filmed before a studio audience.
Letterman is skilled at the art of self-depreciation, and knows how to get laughs out of not having good jokes. Johnny Carson was an the ultimate expert at that, but he had better writers than anyone on television today, and rarely had to resort to it. It wouldn't make sense for him to add laughter when he already knows how to react to bombing.
I don't know why it is so important to you that I see Letterman as a "fraud," but your sources aren't even close to credible. Anyone who thinks he's not funny could say the same thing with all sincerity, and still be full of baloney.

LOL @ "journalistic work to reference" - what kind of fishwrap do you read that reports on the laughtracks of late night shows? Go crawl back under the rock you came from. Letterman's an unfunny, second-rate comedian and he understandably draws morons like yourself; it's like flies on sh*t.
