Bradlee Reveals Clinton Marriage Still a Sham

Former Washington Post editor Ben Bradlee stunned Larry King Tuesday night when he revealed that Bill and Hillary Clinton continue to have a sham marriage.

Bradlee, as well as presidential historian Michael Beschloss, was interviewed by King immediately after King's CNN interview of Hillary Rodham Clinton.

But Bradlee threw King for a loop when he revealed one of Washington's best known secrets: Bill and Hillary have still not reconciled since the Lewinsky affair.

Asked by King if Bill Clinton could become "First Man" if Hillary were to make it back to the White House, Bradlee responded, "I don't know. I don't know, the condition of the marriage, but it seems to me very difficult to pull this off. If they get back together again in any real way, I'd be stunned."

"If they get back together again" -- that's not what we heard on Barbara Walters this Sunday -- Hillary says she and Bill are suppose to be just one happy couple now.

King had a similar reaction to Bradlee's revelation: "You don't think they are a together couple?"

Bradlee stuck to his guns, answering King, "Well, I mean -- not by my definition."

Later in the interview Bradlee broached the subject of a possible Hillary-Bill divorce.

"Is there any possibility that -- do any of us feel that divorce is a possibility and she might try to run without him?" Bradlee asked King and Beschloss. Bradlee oversaw the Washington Post's coverage of Watergate and remains with his wife, society maven Sally Quinn, among the most well connected people in Washington.

Who wants a professional victim for president post 9-11? If the woman doesn't have the nads to make it on her own, how in heck can she say she's got the intestinal fortitude to defend the country? She can't. She's toast.

I agree with you -- she overplayed her victim hand big time. She was either too dumb with her head in the sand if she didn't know about Monica (don't believe that for a moment) which makes her too dumb and naive to deal with foreign countries in today's environment or if she did know (which I believe) and covered up -- she is a liar who this Country will not want as President.

The Clintons have overstayed their welcome on the world stage in this Country with the vast majority of people. When Susan Estrich goes after the Clintons and tells them to "shut-up" then they have really overstayed!

Recognizing lesbians and gays was for the money and the vote. These couples are childless for the most part and have an abundance of cash - to spend where it would help them the most. What they bought is the right to be in the military; spurred on the same-sex marriage rights just for starters all the while reaping an enormous sum of money and votes for the DNC. Consenting adults can do what ever they want, whenever and wherever – that doesn’t make it right or that it is an accepted practice in the eyes of the Holy Father in any religion. The human body was made with procreation in mind with a he and a she; all else flirt with disease, irreparable harm to body and spirit.

Her knowledge was the source of her power. She became queen when he was curled up on the couch in a fetal position after the Monica affair blew up. She openly ran the country after that.

Her main screaming and throwing fits seemed to be only when establishing power as they entered office together. Monica made Lady Macbeth's power unassailable.

The only disease that would cause this welcome "final solution" to the Bill Clinton Question would be something incurable and terminal like full-blown AIDS.
I believe the reason he never released his medical records is they include diagnoses of sexually transmitted diseases. For someone this promiscuous, it would be truly amazing if he had managed to avoid this.

Never in a billion years. The Clintons need to stay married for the reason that spousal communication is priviledged in a court of law. It's like lawyer-client or doctor-patient. As soon as their marriage "contract" is broken, they can be forced to testify against one another.

Why do we trash the media (particular venom towards the post) and call them whores and claim that everything they say is spun at best or a lie, until we read something we like, and then it is the gospel.
