They want June as "Gay Pride Month". It's a subtle way of hijacking the traditional month of weddings and celebrations of decent unions between men and women. May their stomachs roast in hell (whatever that means).

Shame on you! You are stereotyping our gay sisters and brethren. You know they talk that way only when their mouths are full.

Ashcroft made a lot of unfortunate promises during his hearings, as I remember very well, but promises made under duress are not enforceable.
I'm a little surprised, though. The Bush administration has gone out of it's way to be nice to homosexuals. I guess Ashcroft didn't get the memo.

Employee association groups are a waste of time and money. If gay employees, at the DOJ, wish to celebrate gay pride, let them do it on their own free time. The DOJ is a place to work, not to party. The RATS are grasping at straws. They are using the DOJ incident to manufacture an issue to attack Bush with. It is amazing that the RATS think the most important thing in the world is the DOJ hosting a gay pride event. The DOJ has more importants things to do like enforcing the law.

And the more the Rats attack the administration for not supporting Rat agenda items they more they remind people that they prefer Bush.

Salute, John Ashcroft! What's with these perverts demanding they be allowed to celebrate? Go back to the closets and celebrate all you want. Homos are people with perverted and demanding that they be treated special. Absolutely, NO WAY should the spoiled weirdos get their way.

It occurs to me that the homosexual lobby has a number of beliefs regarding their behavior that is religious in nature.
The believe they were born that way.
They have a moral right to act the way they do.
etc...
Seems like all government agencies should immediately BAN any promotion of this religion within public forums, eh?
To: fightinJAG
The homosexual lobby is on record stating the only difference between them and anyone else is their "sexual preference". Their "organization" at the DOJ has as much legitimacy as one that would want to celebrate liking blow jobs or foot fetishes. They do not fall into the same category as ethnic pride, which is based on a shared culture much more expansive than a group that likes to have sex with each other.

I'm a little surprised, though. The Bush administration has gone out of it's way to be nice to homosexuals.I'm not surprised. From what I've seen, the president has treated people who are homosexual like human beings. His stated position is the same as mine: He doesn't believe that one's sexual orientation should be a political issue. So while he will treat homosexuals the same way that he would treat anyone else, he's not going to give them any special treatment.

Ever notice that when ever the homosexual lobby is pushing for something, they almost always have a liberal priest or minister by their side to justify the homosexual agenda?
