Clinton was the Attorney General campaigning to be Govenor. Juanita had worked on the campaign.

Juanita was also the owner of a nursing home. While at some convention on Nursing Homes, Clinton called her up and asked to come see her. When he got there he immediately suggested that he come up to her room.
