Nice find. If I read and heard all the releases correctly, she was fuming because he LIED about Monica not because he did Monica. It may be splitting hairs but knowing about his multiple affairs was fine, maybe not knowing this time caused her embarassment 'cause it left without the proper ammo in public. The "strap" you refer to is either a sail tie (what it looks like in #22) or a tie for securing the bimini when it is rolled up. Neither would be something you should hold onto.
