Why are you being confrontational and trying to disrupt? There is no reason to do this on FR. We are conservative, thinking individuals that do not appreciate the liberal lines (dimocRatic spin) being posted here.
I'm sure there are a lot of liberals feeling left out by their own kind. =^)
The barf alert would have been okay, but I'm not impressed with a certain group of FReepers who find this stuff worthwhile. A post went up the other day along the same lines as this article. I brought it to the attention of the moderator. He said "no thanks" to the poster and removed it. This sleaze isn't worthy of Freerepublic. Some folks don't get it though.
You're watching too much of drill sergeant R. Lee Emery, sport. LOL
No malfunction here. I have an appreciation for honest and fair debate. So far what I've witnessed from you is a desire to defend liberal rhetoric and argue with conservatives about the positive attributes of that liberal rhetoric. From your incessent opining on th subject, its obvious you get enjoyment defending the type of liberal rhetoric that is contained in this article. Why else would you press the issue so strongly? These tit-for-tat, repetitive posts of yours that employ the same wornout cliches again and again are boring. The problem is, you have nothing interesting to say.
>>>If anyone's acting like a rabid Leftist who can't stand a common sense view on the matter, it's you.
Common sensed view? From your amateurish display on this thread, I seriously doubt you know what it means to hold common sensed views. And it's too late to try and turn the tables. Next time pick a good old fashioned conservative article to defend and stay away from the liberal attack dog rants. They'll only bring you trouble, sport.
Just for the record, the two articles in question are totally different in style and substance. The fact you can't see that is your problem, not mine.
Yup! And as the old quote goes, "The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't exist." (Keyser Soze)

The fact is, some people come solely to Freerepublic for their information, and the occasional barf alert is a good launch pad for debate.
Besides, that, this is a call to duty! Freepers must be alerted to know that they are needed to defend the institutions of conservative news! %^)
Not satisfied with simply losing the argument, you had to go all the way and show everyone what an all around loser you really are. Good job, sport. LOL
Actually, you're pathetic.
This coming from a schmuck whose answer to my encouraging him to constructively participate was (and I quote), "Grow up."
Yup...you've got all the hallmarks of being a rabid Leftist. You're self-righteous, pompous, hypocritical, full of s---, and about as much fun as an Imam at a pool party.
Looks like it's time to send in St. Dogbert to exorcise you...
-Jay
I didn't realize that two words, in this case, "grow up" would set you off so easily and lead you to screaming out a barrage of insults. You must learn to control your emotions. I know its hard for you, dealing with all that adolescent anger. Since you like Dogbert so much, try watching the Cartoon Channel, it might releave your frustrations.
If that doesn't help, have your parents bring you to a reputable psychologist, psychiatrist or even your family doctor. I've heard that therapy combined with the right medication and you'll be back on your feet in a few years. It worked for liberals like Sean Penn and Nick Nolte and it could work for you too. Just stick with it, sport.
I think the comment "I don't see how anyone can vote for Bush again" should be juxtaposed, on it's own, along side any comment you make regardless of the context in which you used it.
On it's own, it says a world of things about you and your views.
