Jeff Head Hits Another Home Run!
NorseWood
Posted on 06/04/2003 4:22:43 PM PDT by NorseWood
Jeff Heads third book in the Dragons Fury series lives up to the drama and political intrigue of his first two novels. This is a book that you cant put down. The intense action may make you angry, it may make you sweat, it may make you anxious, and it may make you want to write your Congressman and tell them they have to read this book. I felt all of these emotions as I read this book. Jeff tells his story with so many sub-plots, yet they each come together to tie this masterpiece into a work of art. It is a story of personal courage, strength, and commitment to the ideals that make this country great. You must read this book and send copies to as many people as possible. It is not just a great book, it is a wake-up call for America. Im already eagerly waiting for Volume IV.

Yeah, no doubt, like not spraining your arm while patting yourself on the back. Some "expertise". You're merely a legend in your own mind.

What did they charge you per book for a given quantity? Is it "print on demand" only?

They were supposed to have cut over to the new edition of Volume I a couple of weeks ago. They haven't updated their site with the new graphics yet...but that is the only thing the distributor is sending now.
That is what you should get.

Thanks so much. I just kept after it with the MSWord. Used Adobe Acrobat to convert over to PDF and then figured out how to get the best document for printing through trial and error.
Created my own Web Site which I have a little experience at...but it's all home grown, self taught.
I found LightningSourece.com who prints and distributes them. They are a subsidiary of Ingram.
One of the neat stories about perservering was when hooking up with LightningSource. They only work with publishers. When I first contacted tham as the author, they refused. I went out and registered the business name Alpha Connections and used it as a publisher (it's simply a DBA) and when I applied as Alpha Connections, they had no problem, even though the author was the President and sole employee.
Anyhow, it's been a lot of fun and a lot of experiences all rolled into one!
