A .38 handgun lay on the floor by the sofa, and a .38 shell casing was located in an ashtray on a table to Kathy's right.

At this point I must ask was a Smith & Wesson semi automatic pistol the .38 cal handgun that was found lying on the floor because that is an exceedingly rare pistol and one of the very few semi automatics that fire the .38 spl round. If it was a .380 cal also known as a 9mm kurtz than such semi auto pitols are common. If it was not a semi auto pistol then where did the shell casing come from? Revolvers and deringers do not eject shell casings without manual operation of the action.

The reasons I ask are to verify what could be definitive evidence or could be merely an error on stating the caliber in the story.

The Death of Kathy Ferguson.....

The Kathy Ferguson death is particularly reminiscent of that of 21-year-old Little Rock UPI Statehouse Bureau reporter Judy A. Danielak, shot in the head in early February 1979 while driving home from work, just a few months after the rape of Juanita Broaddrick and also just after Bill Clinton had assumed the office of Arkansas governor. Though her shooting was initially reported as the work of *a sniper* it was later determined that the bullet had been fired from a handgun, probably from a vehicle alongside hers, and was of the caliber and type then used by the Arkansas State Police and Highway Patrol.

Unlike the death of Kathy Ferguson, written off as a suicide, a death penalty could still await anyone charged and convicted in the Danielak murder, since there is no statute of limitations that would allow the murderer/s to escape being criminally charged the way Clinton did with the Broaddrick rape charges.

At the time, there was doubt, too, but later, as the facts came to light, it became obvious that the death was NOT an accident. The eraly threads held a lot of info.

I was one of the doubters at the time (different name, earlier), and will never forgive myself for one particularly stupid post, doubting the authenticity of the poster.

That said, it was a .380 shell casing, which "mirraculously" ended up in an ashtray, STANDING STRAIGHT UP!!!

This is for real. Somebody (at the time) meant to send a message, to someone.

Around the same time, there were some pretty interesting stories of a couple of Clinton's "private detectives," names escape me...Terry something, maybe? They were actually enforcers, and one of them was pretty infamous. Did time before, and perhaps after, I believe.

Worth bringing up.

Sorry about your mother. Only the comatose could ignore the trail of dead bodies left in the wake of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

If Hillary ever gets back in the White House, you can bet the body count will be in the millions, rather than several pages.
