Do you think you can't have enough of a good thing? How about carrots? They're a great source of vitamin A. During World War II the U. S. government had pilots gorge themselves on carrots to sharpen their eyesight.
But if you eat too many carrots, your skin will turn orange. You will look like a carrot -- and perhaps begin to grown with your head in the ground.

USS CONSTELLATION RETURNS HOME — Sailors and marines onboard USS Constellation man the rails and show their appreciation as friends and family show their support and greet the Constellation and crew as they return to their homeport at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, Calif., June 2. Constellation returned following a seven-month deployment to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.
