Great links. There are a lot of bits and pieces around and when you put it all together is disconcerting to say the least.

That was another one of those dumb republican tricks in Hollywood man I'm fairly certain Hollywood will blacklist you for putting their beloved city's name in the same sentence as "Republican." ;)

It's not where they are that counts, but the locations they revere which are important.

Sure they are. People are starting to wonder where the WMDs are. Need a quick distraction.

Sure they are. People are starting to wonder where the WMDs are. Need a quick distraction. And that is precisely why they want to cause the divisiveness. They have no winning candidate, no valid agenda and are looking for anything. I have more faith in my President there is plenty of proof and I believe Tony Blair will reveal it when it is safe and necessary.

I have my own stories. You can just tell sometimes who is involved and who isn't. If you pay attention enough, it becomes somewhat obvious to you.

Then you are a kind person, a humble person. Like many of us here we do not understand why others do not see things for what they are, truly are. Blinders on and not seeing clearly. And you Sir, are obviously grateful to your adoptive country that you show such patriotism and concern. I will be glad to call you friend ;)

See post#80.
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/922093/posts?page=80#80 text of the WT article at
http://washingtontimes.com/national/20030603-122052-2698r.htm Note in this latest CIA report:
"The report also states that Mohamed Atta, ringleader of the September 11 attacks, and Zacarias Moussaoui, who is on trial in Virginia on charges related to the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon, studied methods of delivering biological weapons.
Both men "expressed interest in crop dusters, raising our concern that al Qaeda has considered using aircraft to disseminate [biological warfare] agents," the report said.
Biological agents al Qaeda could use include anthrax, a bacteria that can cause mass casualties, and botulinum toxin."
But of course as long as the FBI is watching Hatfill, we have nothing to worry about. (/sarcasm)
The entire article is worth reading, some info about AQ may actually be able to set off real nukes, not "just" dirty bombs.

For the states to effectively monitor the situation, heighten security, they need funds. If they do not have the funds to pay for the extra security, it doesn't matter if the country goes to code red, because the stats are unable to respond. Was that a rip 'n read from the DNC? The Fed will already be transfering, what was it, 20 billion to the states. What more do you consider reasonable?
As for me I prefer offense to defense. We could spend 20 trillion on homeland security and the jihadis would still be able to find sufficiently soft and tempting targets. Better we expend the bulk of resources on counter intelligence and offensive operations: infiltrating and rounding up cells over here, and putting bullets in skulls over there.

That guy had to have differential equations for nuclear reactions in his briefcase. Those would be non-linear partial differential equations..much worse.
