I can't help but think that what the ACLU comes up with will be too broad in what it allows. Next year they are liable to having freakazoids worshipping Satan behind the gym.
The municipalities should step up and do the work themselves. They are denying their responsibility here and giving the ACLU the driver's seat in the negotiation. Lazy bastards.

I feel very confident in predicting this will be a "camel's head under the tent" situation. The queers and freaks won't be satisfied with the ACLU's proposal.
