He [Dr. Baden, a pathologist on Greta Van Susteran's show] said that Laci Peterson had on clothes typical for a person who intends to walk a dog. She was NOT wearing night or sleep clothes.

She had on a bra and it was hooked closed - this tends to indicate that she was not sexually molested.

In another part of this post are statements that she had ingested caffeine and was accustomed to drinking coffee during certain times of the day.

This lends credence to walking the dog the morning of Christmas Eve Day, just like four witnesses have described.

The defense has revealed that it is searching for a man named "Donnie"

Donnie! I thought his name was Doodie. Someone said Doodie did it.

She was wearing a diamond neclace and earings to "walk the dog"? Another thing that came up early on was a witness saying the drapes or blinds were not opened on the morning of the 24th...a noted habit in the Peterson home apparently.

You said it! And if they didn't get every roll of similar tape in the place, maybe it's time for a new search warrant.

I doubt that the Rochas took any duct tape! Frankly, I also doubt that Lee and Jackie and their crew took any--unless someone told them to.

No. You cannot assume because she had on her bra and caffeine in her system that she was walked the dog. I'm one of those people that used to drink a cup of coffee or tea before I went to bed. Caffeine was no problem.

And I can think of other sources of caffeine besides coffee.

Maybe she drank a couple of Cokes before she died, THAT night? Soft drinks contain caffeine too.

PS... I have just had my coffee, am fully clothed and I can promise you, I'm not walking any dog. I did feed the kitty kats...

Hi,

I know you've been follwing the case awhile... I heard on a KSFO news blurb that a rape crisis center counselor told police she had a victim who was told by her attacker that he was part of a group that was going to kill someone on Christmas... did you hear anything about this?

I hope I didn't just miss it in these mammoth threads...

No--I'm not local to the case. I was just lamenting, somewhere on this thread, that I'd rather hear the local newscasts about this case than be stuck with only the somewhat grandiose and debate-style cable news coverage.

Yeah, that was definitely a good point you made, some time back: that some or most of these people actually save the rest of the duct tape, or the rope, or whatever they used! What price thrift?? (Actually I don't really think they do it out of thrift; as you say, it's sheer stupidity or lack of thought.)

Scott killed Lacy and Conner - but where? I would think the luminol would have found the blood in the house. I hope the sh*t head rots in prison.
