I think the main reason people blame the Jews is because, as a group, they are very successful and powerful and they maintain a separate and distinct cultural identity. There are of course other groups that maintain distinct cultural identities like the various Indian tribes and there are groups that have been very successful like the Presbyterians, but no other group combines the two in the same way. If Indians wielded the same power as Jews do you would see plenty of conspiracy theories involving Indians and if Presbyterians maintained a distinct and separate culture you would see plenty of conspiracy theories involving Presbyterians.
The Masons are very similar in both respects, (although freemasonry is obviously of less significance than Judaism), and not surprisingly there are lots of conspiracy theories involving the Masons too.
