It would likely surprise you to learn that pregnant women with four-year-olds around the house have meaningful interactions witht heir four-year-old regarding the 'baby in Mommy's tummy'. My just-turned 5-year-old told me that she is going to have 10 babies and that her sister is going to have 20 babies. "Then we'll have 30 babies!"
I couldn't get a straight answer out of her, though, why her sister was going to have ten more babies than her ;-)
