This subject was posted earlier. Sure "it" will happen. I will say again that many people would choose a firing squad over lethal injection if they had the option. Outside in fresh air as opposed to being strapped down to a table in some small room? it's a slam-dunk.

Huh... I will be surprised if it happens.... I can't imagine it won't be argued in court as too brutal by today's standards.

For example, we have a guy still alive on death row up here in WA because in WA, if a guy chooses *not* to choose, he is hung, and he is so fat, they are afraid his head will come off. For some reason, that is a problem.
