That I can agree with. I don't care for her swing, but if it works for her more power to her.

Like that was an easy thing to start doing..,,,, Sure. Just stabilize the stance, regularize the grip, get into some eastern meditation techniques, and mumble a few incantations. Worked for Chevy Chase in that movie.

Yeah.. she's at +5. They aren't saying where that places her.. except that she gets to go home today.
The coverage is to pro women playing in the PGA to talk about the tiger woods of the LPGA world finishing in 90th on a short course.

Hell, Arnie had the ugliest swing you ever saw, but it worked ok for him....
Actually, Arnie was dead-solid-perfect through the hitting area. But he sure had a funny follow through {which helped make him a mega-millionaire}.

"
Cedric and presidio9 were officiating as the know-it-none tag team on Annika threads earlier in the week."
Forget their opinions, they've been posting outright falsehoods all week. Hate to call anyone a liar, but I have it on good authority that they both claim that they've never lost a game of solitaire. :)

5 over through 14 (FoxSports didn't update for the 15th yet) puts her tied for 94th and 11 guys and the DQer behind.

His insistance is that exemptions only go to players with a chance of winning. The performance of the exemptions in the tournament, regardless of their background, shows he's wrong. All the players listed have won on the PGA Tour before except one. Guess who?
Give it up. Your heroine embarassed herself, and now the sponsers are even making excuses for her. She never should have been out there in the first place, and now maybe you can understand why. But I bet you won't.

It probably does, by PGA standards she's got a short hit. I don't think any of the LPGA events are this long. Overall considering the only thing about this event that was familiar territory for her was the clubs I think she did all right. Not at the bottom of the pack, had a shot at the cut. Not necessarily two great days of golf but not two terrible days either. IMHO the primary reason the PGA was pushing for this was to take pressure off the lady that's gonna be at GHO, she "qualified" from the women's tee (that one I think is totally F'd up, qualify straight or get a clean exemption, qualifying modified is wrong) and she's gonna get smoked. By moving the media frenzy to this one (and on a better female golfer) she won't be under nearly as much scrutiny.

From what you've posted up here so far, your son sounds like a sexist jerk who I wouldn't waste the time of day talking to. I certainly wouldn't respect him or his game out on the course. Most of the extremely good golfers that I play with have a lot more class than your trailer-trash talking clan.
I hope you're putting words in his mouth, and that these aren't really his attitudes.
To: steveegg
If she were an "average" LPGA'er... then that would be one thing. But she's the Tiger Woods of that tour. What does that say? Certainly not what the reporters are saying.

She's playing a course now that's 800 - 1000 yards longer than she's used to. At least she had the guts to try it.

Jesus. Those two never run out of gas - I guess it's the ample personal supply that they carry on board... ;-) Look who's talking.

And judging by their performance not one had a chance of winning. Give it up, your exemptions let you down.

She'll be playing again on the PGA Tour. You heard it here first.
Think she needs to stop in and have a long chat with Pelz, first.
To: an amused spectator
There's nothing sexist about the truth.

The only person on the exemption list that should be embarassed is Clearwater, disqualifications are always the result of embarassing behavior.
