American tax money will re-educate African men to "respect" women, presumably in the belief that men's bad attitudes cause AIDS.
Well, in Africa, for a number of particularly un-PC reasons, they do.
As just the most extreme example, the idea that sex with a virgin girl cures AIDS has led to men raping infants, and has undoubtedly also helped spread the disease.
