American tax money will re-educate African men to "respect" women, presumably in the belief that men's bad attitudes cause AIDS. Well, in Africa, for a number of particularly un-PC reasons, they do.
As just the most extreme example, the idea that sex with a virgin girl cures AIDS has led to men raping infants, and has undoubtedly also helped spread the disease.
You know...anyone who actually believes that raping an infant should be shot in the face, regardless if they believed it out of stupidity.
