Very astute of you to draw this parallel!

Caesar Romero was the first Joker. I believe you are noticing the pronounced underbite and the severe upturn at the corners of the mouth. Romero's over the top, manic performances usually included close-ups of his wild psychotic grin and the uptilt of the head like an attack dog circling its prey.

Hillary displays some of this familiar display in this shot too, although her uptilted head and inwardly arched spine suggest thrusted out buttocks much like play-inducing behavior seen in canines. Because she exhibits many non-human traits, the real meaning of her display can only be detirmined with any real degree of accuracy by her regular handlers.

In canines and other aggressive animals, this kind of snarl in relation to the physcal proximity of the two principles in the photograph might be displayed as a warning that the female was not in heat and the male suitor was not wanted. However, in some primate species, I believe, the grimace she displays is not aggressive, but like a strech or a yawn the open-mouthed display of the canines communicates a receptivity to certain sexual overtures.

In the final analysis, the merits of a comparative study including Caesar Romero, canines and primates is probably pretty silly and would be of no use to actually understanding the real meanings of Mrs. Clinton's behavior in the photo. To that end, I have nothing to offer since I know absolutely nothing about slime molds or lower fungal organisms.
