Gov. James E. McGreevey today will appoint a panel of experts in education, health, social services and juvenile justice to guide and critique the ongoing reform of the state's failing child welfare system.

The panel, dubbed the "Governor's Cabinet for Children," will make recommendations for improving the Division of Youth and Family Services and then evaluate the agency's progress in bimonthly public reports.

I left a broadcast on the NJ Locale last night to introduce a friend, new to FR, americanexcel. His brother is in the middle of an unfortunate divorce/child custody battle. The details of which are pretty much irrelevant to the discussion. What I found interesting enough to bring to FR was a situation with DYFS and court appointed 'experts'.

DYFS is involved and "lost" all the files in reference to this case. The judge appointed a mental health expert to evaluate who receives custody. This I found to be another point of interest. The judge appointed mental health expert is a 'psychologist' not a psychiatrist. This psychologist charges $300 per hour and will be billing the state of NJ. BUT, state employeed MDs and DOs aren't paid $300 per hour.

So how does one get a cushy job as a 'court appointed' expert to bill the state of NJ? And why not use a state employee that is already in the expert field to avoid such outragious fees?

And DYFS? losing files? Do they work for the Clintons or something?

There were reports of 2 children in trouble in Hunterdon County N.J.
It is sad that DYFS can be Bribed and lose reports on abused Children. There is a case of 2 children whos cries were silenced by Corruption. Please pray for children that DYFS ignores. Corruption in DYFS puts our children at risk. In a case in Hunterdon County N.J. , Money and Corruption can silence DYFS and in result, allows children to be in harms way. I will not be silenced, I will seek Justice, I will seek Media Help and uncover those reports that were lost by DYFS. I ask all who stumble on this page to pray for our children and pray that DYFS is brought to Justice for their corruption.
