"I think the mainstream media thinks liberalism is the center of the road. I really think that they don't understand that there are serious people in America who don't necessarily agree with everything they hear on the Upper East Side of Manhattan."Precisely what Don Imus said. He said that Tom, Dan, and Petah do the news for their friends in Manhatten, and he didn't say it in a complimentary way.
"Last year, Auletta reports, FOXNEWS made seventy million dollars of profits on three hundred and twenty-five million dollars in revenue, according to a senior FOX executive. Profits are expected to double this year."
Good! I hope their profits more than double this year.

...He asks the question. Then he answers it. Then he asks you what you think of his answer....

And speaking of business, how much does Dan Rather get paid?Back in the 80's he got about 7 million a year. It's hard to say what he makes now. But of course 7 million makes him blend right in with the average Joe.

It boils down to the Left seeing CNN as normal and Fox News as conservative, while the right sees Fox News as normal and CNN as liberal.
What objective standard can we use...why the ratings ofcoarse...the country has voted with their T.V. flippers, and the Left is proven wrong again.

I can't stand either O'Reilly or Matthews, and wouldn't watch them on any network.

Of NBC's Chris Matthews, "If Chris Matthews worked for me, he'd be doing better....I wouldn't let him answer everybody's question for them. He asks the question. Then he answers it. Then he asks you what you think of his answer. Then he goes on to another question. At some point, he's got to let the guest answer. But apparently it's okay for Bill 'I can't let go of a prom' O'Reilly to do that? Sheesh
I watch Fox in the morning and Shepard Smith for the nightly news but from 8-10 every night have to turn away

Ailes is worth every nickel and then some. Never again will we be forcefed liberal delusions posing as news by ABCCBSNBCCNNNYTWPAP now that there are alternatives for a public starved for the truth.
Let's have a pool: Who fails first: ABC (Jennings); CBS (Rather); NBC (Brokaw); CNN (Turner: the Mouth of the pseudo-South)?

Sorry but I think they're all varying degrees of bad, even Fox. A big story last week that the Supreme Court agreed to hear the Vince Foster photo release case and not a word from any of them. I guess the thought that they might get caught with their pants down having helped the clinton crime family get away with murdering their way to the top is too much for them to contemplate.

Thanks for the heads up!

'Chris, if you don't shut the f--- up I'm going to fire you!' I love it! I've always wanted someone to say that to Chris Matthews. I was beginning to wonder if anyone in the business had noticed how obnoxious he really is.
