May 17, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - A top Ba'ath Party enforcer from Saddam Hussein's home region was arrested by U.S. forces this week - the latest member of the 55 most wanted officials to be caught.
The U.S. Central Command said Adil Abdallah Mahdi al-Duri al-Tikriti was nabbed Thursday during a raid by the 4th Infantry Division on the village of Ad Dawr, near Saddam's hometown Tikrit.
