I'm not establishing a fault with her, it obviously belongs on the backs of the illegal drug mutants that brought them there to begin with.

I think the fault lies with the people who planned the faulty raids. Now, I am sure it was an accident and they didn't mean it, but it's still their fault.

If the cops broke into your mother's house looking for a murderer and she had a heart attack, would you blame the murders or the cops? Most people would be pretty ticked off at the cops. But you may be different, you seem to have a strong affinity for government power.

Show me where anyone planned to have a "Faulty" raid! That's proving criminal intent if you can show their was intentional planning for a "faulty" raid.

More than likely there was a bad address or faulty information in the mix that caused this.

That still would leave this on the backs of the mutant drug users that caused this by making enforcment have to deal with their criminal behavior.

He has previously indicated sympathy with the idea of charging the intended target with involuntary manslaughter, assuming the intended target can be located.
