Any black college that allows Clinton to speak is no black college and will not get one cent of my money. Clinton is responsible for the needless death of over 800,000 Rwandians in 1994. Not only did he remain silent on the matter, but he ordered the his State Department to list it as an "internal matter" because if it was listed as "ethnic cleansing" it was felt that Americans might be moved in demanding that he do something about it. Albright even along with Annan helped block UN Peacekeepers that Dutch Commanders request and in the words of one commander after the warfare "If I had 5000 peacekeepers I could have stopped this." Clinton has more blood on his hands then Slobo and Saddam combine.
