It was our admiral who was having so much fun.
I've got a link but it takes me a few minutes to find it ...... Grammy, did you bookmark it when I posted it the other day?
I'll be looking and, in the meantime, if someone else can help out, please do.

My husband and I met because we used to live across the street from each other. He was friends with my brother and used to come over to our house all of the time. Then my brother went away to camp for a week but my future husband kept coming over. I remember being pretty surprised but it was my first clue that he would be more to me than just my brother's best friend.
I was fifteen at the time and he was seventeen. After we had known each other for three months we knew we would marry when we were a little older. We waited until I was out of high school (I graduated in June and we were married in August).
We have been happily married for thirty years now and are still each other's best friends. It's not often that a marriage that begins when two people are so young lasts like ours has. We were fortunate.

What a precious love story! Lerch and I often mention how much we'd have enjoyed being married to each other *much* younger.

Hey, I found it! Actually, I don't think it's the same one I posted the other night but this one might be better.
For the upside down ?, hold down the ALT key and type 0191 on the KEYPAD ..... don't use the numbers on the top row of the keyboard.

What a precious love story!Well let me continue it then! LOL!
I was eighteen when we got married and he was twenty. A woman could marry at eighteen without her parents' consent but a man couldn't until he was twenty-one so since we had no money and my parents weren't offering to pay for a wedding, we went to Carson City in Nevada to get married. After the ceremony, we decided to do a little gambling before leaving for our honeymoon. I got kicked out of the casino because I wasn't old enough to gamble (hm... old enough to get married but not old enough to gamble, go figure!). My husband however, who was not old enough to get married without his parents' signature, was considered old enough to gamble. Funny, eh?

I still get butterflies whrn his car pulls up in the driveway... THAT is one of the nicest things I've seen in a long time. How incredibly special.
To: kayak

Truely..I couldn't love him more..
He is every other beat of my heart..
