NEW YORK - A New York artist says he didn't mean to be offensive. But some people near Ground Zero don't appreciate James Peterson's latest work.

He's painted a fake "CAUTION Low Flying Planes" sign on a building near Ground Zero.

I'd suggest that someone paint something on this S.O.B.'s property but he probably doesn't own any. So someone needs to tar and feather him and call it art.
