Normally that many references to passive anal intercourse in a single article might be cause for wondering if the author didn't have an unhealthy fixation in that area, but with Mr. Momford we don't really have to wonder, now do we? For those whose entire worldview revolves around exotic sexual practice it is a revelation that there are places where not having people tied up and beaten with whips on a daily basis is actually an improvement. Such, I suspect, was Baghdad, but Momford may take comfort in certain other improvements, such as the fact that overt homosexuality and criticizing one's president no longer draw a death sentence there.
